| Assignment of Interim Charge for the position of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, New India Assurance Company Limited Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing and Obligatory Disclosure Requirements) 2015, we wish to inform you that Ministry of Finance vide their notification dated 12th July, 2022 has conveyed the approval of the Competent Authority, for entrusting financial and administrative powers and functions of the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD), New India Assurance Company Limited (NIACL) to Ms. Madhulika Bhaskar, General Manager, NIACL, on additional charge basis, for a period of three months with effect from the date of assumption of the charge or till assumption of the charge by the regular appointee to the said post, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
