This is further to our letter dated September 1, 2021 wherein the Company had submitted its Annual Report for FY 2020-21 along with the Notice of the 116th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') to be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 3.30 p.m. (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means.<BR> <BR> This is to inform you that certain inadvertent errors were noticed in the presentation of a few Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements.<BR> <BR> The errors were noticed in the Annual Report after the same was dispatched on September 1, 2021 through e-mail and submitted to the Exchanges.<BR> <BR> In this regard, please note that the relevant corrections have been made in the respective pages of the Annual Report.<BR> <BR> We are enclosing herewith the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the 116th AGM for FY 2020-21 after incorporating the above changes. <BR> <BR> The same is also available on the website of the Company at http://www.thephoenixmills.com.
