We wish to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2022.
