This is to inform you that as per the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading', framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any amendment(s), modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereto), the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 and shall remain closed up to 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. The date of the Board meeting for considering the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021 would be intimated to the Exchanges in due course.
