The Board of Directors of the company have approved and recommended the issuance of fully paid up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:4, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing EOGM.<BR> <BR> The Board has decided to meet again to approve the Notice of EOGM and finalize the Record date for the Issue of Bonus Shares.
