Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and in accordance with the Company''s 'Code of Conduct To Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons', the trading window for dealing in the securities of TIL Limited ('the Company') shall remain closed from Friday, 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020. <BR> <BR> During the aforesaid period of closure of trading window, all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives have been informed to abstain from trading in the shares of the Company.<BR> <BR> The date of announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2020 shall be informed in due course. <BR>
