| Further to our letter dated.2-5-22, for conducting Postal Ballot by the Company for seeking the shareholder's approval for Appointment of Mr. Deepak Chhabra ( DIN 01879706) as a Director & MDctor of the Company, we wish to inform you that the Co. has completed the electronic transmission of the PB Notice on 3-5-22 to the sh-holders whose names appear in the Co''s ROM/ List of Beneficial Owners as on the Cut-off date i.e.29-4-22. The Calendar of Events for the PB process is attached herewith as Annexure I for your reference. In this regard, the Co. has published the Advertisement in Newspapers- Business Standard (Delhi Edition) in English and Hindi and Business Standard (Mumbai Edition) in English, regarding completion of dispatch of PB Notice. Pls find attached Newspapers cuttings as Annexure II. The other detail regarding evoting are in the attached letter for your reference.
