Dear Sir,<BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. Rajender Parshad Indoria (DIN:06600912) Independent Director of the Company has vide his resignation letter dated 12th September, 2021, resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect, on account of personal reason and other professional commitments.<BR> We further confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided above.
