Please take note that as per the latest Audited Accounts of the Company as at March 31, 2022, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 4,94,42,250/- (Rupees Four Crores Ninety Four Lakhs Forty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) and net worth of the Company is Rs. 5,75,32,897/- (Rupees Five Crores Seventy Five Lakhs Thirty Two Thousand and Eight Hundred Ninety Seven Only) which is below the threshold limit as specified under the said regulation. Therefore, as per Regulation 15(2) and provision of Regulation 24(A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended are not applicable to our Company.
