| TIRUPATI SARJAN LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve we are pleased to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, August 13, 2022, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Further as informed vide letter dated June 28, 2022, the 'Trading Window" for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company by Designated Persons was closed from June 28, 2022 as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading and shall remain closed till August 15, 2022 (both days inclusive). i.e. 48 hours after results became public. | |
