| Toyam Industries Limited submitted the BSE, postal Ballot Notice along with the Postal Ballot Form ("Notice") as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 30/05/2018, pursuant to Section 108, 110 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) rules, 2014 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force) for seeking approval of the Members of the Company in respect of the business as mentioned therein.<BR> The cut-off date for sending the Notice has been taken as Friday, 01/06/2018.<BR> The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to its Members. The e-voting period will commence on Sunday, 10/06/2018 at 9:00 A.M (IST) and end on Monday, 09/07/2018 at 5:00 P.M. (IST). The result of the Postal Ballot will be announced on Wednesday, 11/07/2018.<BR> | |
