| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Pacific Star Sports Services L.L.C. ('Pacific') has informed Toyam on 30th January, 2023 that the existing shareholders of Pacific have completed the process of transfer of 51% shares of Pacific to Toyam, subject to the terms and conditions recorded in a Share Purchase Agreement executed amongst the parties.
