TPL Plastech Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2022, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for designated persons has been closed with effect from April 01, 2022 upto 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchanges.
