This is to certify that Company's Paid up Share Capital is Rs. 30,044,000/- and the Net Worth of the Company is. 43,411,857/- as per Audited Financial Statement i.e, 31/03/2022. Hence, based on the aforementioned facts the Company is eligible to claim the exemptions as granted under Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
