With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Ms. Rashmi Baranwal (Membership No. A64121) has tendered her resignation from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from closing of working hours on 18th April, 2023 due to her personal reasons. The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from responsibilities from the closing hours of 18th April, 2023. Her successor shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
