Pursuant to Regulation 15 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation) 2015, read with clarification issued by Stock Exchanges dated April 02, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company as covered under the Company's Code of Conduct for the period will be started from Saturday, 01st day of April, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the approval of audited financial statements as well as after the declaration of Audited Financial results for the quarter and year ended March, 31st,2023.
