Trans India House Impex Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve (a) Allotment of Equity Shares of face value of INR 10/- at an issue price of INR 10/- each being face value of the Company pursuant to the conversion of Convertible Equity Warrants issued and allotted by the Company to the Warrant holders who had intimated the Company to exercise their right to convert the Warrants as per the terms and conditions. (b) Any other matter with the permission of Chair.
