We would like to inform you that pursuant to Section 110 of Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company proposes to conduct Postal Ballot for obtaining the approval of Members of the Company for Re-appointment of Mr. Satyen Mamtora (DIN: 00139984) as a Managing Director of the Company Mr. Tapan Shah, Practicing Company Secretary has been appointed as the Scrutiniser by the Board of Directors of the Company to ensure that the Postal Ballot process is conducted in a fair and transparent manner and in accordance with the said rules. We enclosed herewith the calendar of events for the postal ballot process. Please take the same on your record.
