Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, it is hereby informed that Mr.Nikhil Dalmia (DIN:01346777), has resigned from the post of Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13th February, 2023 due to pre-occupation. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule II thereto and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 ('SEBI Circular'), is enclosed herewith as Annexure.
