Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the appointment of Mr. Dollar Chheda DIN: 08490484, as an Additional Director (Executive) of the Company with effect from 06th September 2021;<BR> b. Mr. Dollar Chheda, is also appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 06th September 2021;<BR> c. Noted the resignation submitted by Mr. Mayur Bharatbhai Bhatt (DIN: 08715614), Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from close of business hours of 06th September 2021. Consequently, he has ceased to be Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board effective the said date;<BR>
