| As per the provisions of Reg. 15(2) of the SEBI (lODR) Reg., 2015, the compliance with the corporate governance provisions as specified in Reg. 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27 and clauses (b) to (i) of sub-reg.(2) of Reg. 46 and Para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply if a listed entity does not have paid up equity share capital not exceeding rupees ten crore and net worth not exceeding rupees twenty five crore, as on the last day of the previous F.Y. This is to inform you that pursuant to the Reg. 15(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Reg.2015,the provisions of the Reg.23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 is not applicable to the Company on account of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company being less than Rs. 10 crores and net worth of the Company being less than Rs. 25 Crores as on 31.03.2022. As a result, the Company is not required to submit "Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction on a consolidated basis as per Reg.23 (9) of SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015. | |
