Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018, we wish to inform you the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, designated persons and specified connected persons (including dependents and immediate relatives) from 30th of September, 2020 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2020 for Financial Year 2020-21. <BR> An intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half-yearly ended 30th September, 2020 shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchange.
