We are pleased to inform you that the Share Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on July 19th, 2021 has allotted 186,250 (One Lakh Eighty Six Thousand Two Hundred Fifty) Equity Shares under ESOP-2017-1st Tranche and ESOP 2017-2nd Tranche respectively. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. <BR> <BR> Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has been increased from 77,099,750 to 77,286,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each. <BR> <BR> This is for your information, records and meeting the compliance under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. <BR> <BR> Hope you shall find the same in order.<BR>
