Notice of Closure of Trading Window as per Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the ''''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from 1st October, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Un- audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2022 become generally available.
