Rakesh Soni & Co., Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, a copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results, Statement of Assets and Liabilities, Cash flow Statements along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid financial results and statements, press release and a declaration on unmodified opinion on the same are enclosed herewith. 2. New vertical in line with NEP 2020 to start skill development programmes & tie up with K -12 schools. 3. Board approved strategic partnerships with any education companies, to provide Company's Service and expertise. | |
