Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company has resigned as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the closure of business hours of 10th November,2020 for the reason stated in their resignation letter dated 10th November,2020. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 10th November,2020 has noted the resignation of M/s. Bajrang Paras &Co. Chartered Accountants. The Firm has decided to shift its business focus to other financial & advisory services. Hence, it has resigned from audit assignments. <BR> <BR> The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 10th November, 2020 has appointed M/s. Bansi Khandelwal & Co. Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No. 145850W) as a Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2020 -21 to fill in the casual vacancy caused due to the resignation of M/s Bajrang Paras &Co.
