This is with reference to the captioned subject and with reference to your letter received through Email dated 19.11.2021 to the Compliance Officer of Trekkingtoes.com Limited having Scrip Code- 543222, levying a fine for non-compliance with Reg. 33 in relation to Non- Submission of Half Yearly financial results of the Company (September 2021). As we have now complied with the submission of Half Yearly financial results and Limited Review Report for the half-year ended September 2021 both in Pdf and XML file formats under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we request you to consider the waiver application of fines with respect to Non-Compliance under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 of our company.
