Given the Coronavirus pandemic, the Company has been monitoring the developments and has been taking various actions including the following. These actions have been taken consequent to related notifications/ advisories by local, state and central government authorities to contain the pandemic and also considering the health of our employees and customers.<BR> <BR> temporarily close all retail stores till March 31, 2020 and also adopting a work from home policy for office employees of the company.<BR> <BR> However, our food stores operated by our JV/ subsidiaries and their offices (to the minimal extent required), and dealing in essentials continue to operate. The Company will continue to assess the situation and consider restoration of store operations at an appropriate time.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
