Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Postal Ballot Notice along with the Statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('Act') ('Postal Ballot Notice'), seeking approval of the Members of the Company for sale of the entire stake held by Dutch Lanka Trailer Manufacturers Limited (a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), in Tata International DLT Private Limited, a 50:50 Joint Venture (JV) Company of Tata International Limited and Dutch Lanka Trailer Manufacturers Limited, by way of postal ballot only through remote electronic voting process ('e-voting').
