Pursuant to sub clause (7A) inserted under Clause A in part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform you that M/s Jain Anil & Associates (firm Registration No. 115987W) vide its letter dated 17th March,2023 have resigned as the Statutory Auditor of the Company with immediate effect for reasons as stated in the letter attached herewith. A copy of the said resignation letter and Annexure-A, as per SEBI circular CIR/CFD/ CMD1/114/2019 dated 18th October, 2019 received from the Auditor are enclosed herein
