This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in compliance with Trigyn Technologies Limited - Insider Trading Policy to regulate, monitor and report trading by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and specified connected persons of the Company and material subsidiary of the company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from Friday, July 1, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022. Further the date of the Board Meeting for consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be communicated in due course to stock exchange(s).
