Dear Sir, This is with reference to the circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 issued by BSE Limited respectively pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period. In complying with the aforesaid circular and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, we wish to inform you that the Trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 01.04.2022 for all the designated persons and their immediate relative(s). The Trading window will open after 48 hours of the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Financial Result of the company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022 will consider. The date of Board Meeting to be held to consider and approve the financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2022 will be intimated separately.
