In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBl Listing Regulations, 2015, a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 27th September, 2022 together with the Explanatory Statement thereto, seeking approval of the Members by way of a special resolution for re-appointment of Mr Arun Prabhakar Mote as Whole-time Director (designated as Executive Director') of the Company for a period of two years w.e.f 1.11.2022.
