The resignation letter tendered by Mr. Kishan Singh (DIN: 07526266) from the post of Directorship with effect from 09/11/2020 after conclusion of this Board Meeting due to his personal reasons. The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is as enclosed herewith. <BR> <BR> Further, the Company has received confirmation from Mr. Kishan Singh (DIN: 07526266) stating that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other that those which are provided in the resignation letter dated November 07, 2020. The said aforesaid confirmation is also enclosed herewith.<BR> <BR>
