| Tuticorin Alkali Chemicals And Fertilizers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that, a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 8th August, 2022 to consider inter-alia, amongst other subjects to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022, Board's Report and to fix the date of AGM of the company and approval of the AGM notice. As intimated previously, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Company''s securities shall remain closed till 48 hours after results are made public on 8th August, 2022. | |
