The Company had made an application under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 to the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal seeking its approval for an extension of time for the purpose of holding of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company for the Accounting Year ended 31.03.2021. <BR> <BR> In response thereof, the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal vide their letter dated 15.09.2021 (copy enclosed) granted extension of time for the purpose of holding AGM of the Company for the Accounting Year ended 31.03.2021, which was due to be held by 30.09.2021, by a period of 3 months.
