| Board has considered and approved 1. The 5th AGM of the Company will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the registered office of the company. 2. Notice of 5th AGM and Director's Report of the Company along with all annexure thereof. 3. Appointed Shikha Patel & Associates (Practicing Company Secretary) to act as scrutinizer for 5th AGM 4. Increase in authorised capital of the company from Rs. 10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore) to Rs. 10,25,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore Twenty Five Lacs) and Alter in Memorandum of Association. 5. Recommended the issue of Bonus shares in the proportion of ratio of 2:3 (Annexure I) 6. Reappointment of Mr. Hitesh M.
