In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2020 has inter alia, considered and approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company prepared in accordance with the IND-AS for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 and took note of the limited review report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the said financial results. <BR> <BR> In view of the above, we enclosed herewith:<BR> <BR> a. a copy of the said financial results;<BR> b. a copy of the said limited review report;<BR> c. a press release on the said financial results.<BR> <BR> The said Board Meeting commenced at 03:50 p.m. and concluded at 4:46 p.m.
