Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15th January, 2021 has granted 10,93,700 stock options to the eligible employees of the Company under its Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP 2014). &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The brief details of options granted are mentioned as under:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Particulars Terms&lt;BR&gt; Vesting Period (From the date of Grant) 50% of options granted shall vest on expiry of one year from date of grant (i.e. vesting on 15th January, 2022) and the balance 50% of options shall vest on expiry of 2 years from date of grant (i.e. vesting on 15th January, 2023)&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Exercise Price&lt;BR&gt; Rs.50/- per option (each option convertible into one equity share of face value of Rs 10/-)&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Exercise Period Two years from the respective date of vesting&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt;
