Dear Sir/Ma&apos;am,&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; We hereby inform you that the Hon&apos;&apos;ble National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench, vide their order dated 7th October 2021 in the matter of Mis.App/2/AHM/2021 filed by the Assistant Commissioner, Central Goods &amp; Service Tax department, challenging rejection of the department&apos;&apos;s claim by the RP citing delay. The NCLT direct the RP to consider the claim and admit as per law.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Accordingly, the said application is allowed and stands disposed of. An order copy is attached.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The above information may be treated as disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; You are requested to take the aforesaid information on record and oblige.&lt;BR&gt;
