| Ultracab (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/07/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended 30" June, 2021. <BR> <BR> In furtherance to our intimation dated 25th June, 2021, we hereby inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the 'designated persons' from Thursday, 1st July, 2021 and the same shall remain closed for 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30" June, 2021.<BR> <BR> Kindly acknowledge and take same on your records. <BR> Thanking You. | |
