| Please be informed that the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Ultracab (India) Limited will be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Register Office of the Company Survey No. 262, Bh. Galaxy Bearing Ltd., Shapar (Veraval), Dist - Rajkot.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Section 91 and other applicable provisions if any, of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the register of members and share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 14th Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record.<BR> Thanking you. | |
