Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Conduct, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, formulated and adopted under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 duly amended, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company will be closed immediately from October 1, 2020 for Designated Persons, Insiders and their Immediate Relatives and shall open 48 (forty eight) hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 are made public.
