We wish to inform you that in view of the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 and in pursuance of the Company's ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as per the terms of 'Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information" of the Company, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed, for Insiders covered therein, from 1st January, 2023 till completion of 48 hours after the intimation of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2022 is uploaded online on the portal of the of the Stock Exchanges where the securities of the Company are listed. The Company has communicated the aforesaid information to all Directors, Officers and Employees of the Company as defined in the Code.
