Please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 27th April, 2022, has appointed CS Kiran Amarpuri, a Practicing Company Secretary (CP No. 7348) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. The above said appointment is pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
