In furtherance to our letter dated 31st January, 2020, notice is hereby given pursuant to regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 28th October, 2020 to inter alia, consider and approve the following Standalone & Consolidated results:<BR> <BR> 1. Unaudited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter & half year ended 30th September, 2019;<BR> 2. Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2019; and<BR> 3. Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter & year ended 31st March, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading and Company's letter dated 31st January, 2020 in this regard, the trading window of the Company shall continue to remain closed till further notice in view of pending financial results of the Company. <BR>
