| In compliance of reg 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Reg, 2018, we like to confirm that i) the securities comprised in the share certificate nos. 80468 to 80471 received from the following shareholder for dematerialization of shares, have been listed with BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited, where the earlier issued shares are listed and ii) the concerned the share certificate has been mutilated and cancelled immediately after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted as the registered owner of the shares comprised in the said certificates in the record of the Company within the stipulated time Sl no. 1 Regd Folio No. B002701 Name of the Shareholders Sri Anandilal Bihani Share Certificate Numbers 80468 to 80471 No of Shares 350. This has also been confirmed by the CBM, the RTA of the Company, vide their certificate dated 21st September, 2023, a copy of which is enclosed for your ready reference. | |
