| With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that the AGM of the Company will be held through VC/OAVM on Wednesday, 25th September, 2024. The Notice convening the AGM & Annual Report for the year ended March 31, 2024, will be sent in due course of time. Pursuant to section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies Management and Administration Rules, 2014 and Reg 44 of SEBI LODR, 2015, the voting rights of the Members of the Company, for e-voting (including remote e-voting) at the 53rd AGM scheduled to be held through VC/OAVM on wednesday, 25th Sept, 2024 will be reckoned for the Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date of 18th Sept, 2024 (end of day) The Company will be availing the e-voting facility from CDSL for its members to cast their votes electronically. The details on the manner of attending the AGM and casting votes by the members will be set out in the Notice of the AGM | |
