| UNITED DRILLING TOOLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of our Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 12th day of November, 2022 at head office of the Company through Video Conferencing (Deemed Venue) at 01:00 PM, to inter-alia,: To consider and approve the un-audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors thereon.
