UNIVERSAL ARTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office of the Company on Thursday, the 11th February, 2021 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Result for the three quarters ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> Further, in compliance with Company''s code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window<BR> remained closed from 1st January, 2021 to 13th February, 2021 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated employees and their family members.<BR> Please take the above information on record.
